Shipping policy

Everything we sell is a digital download. Nothing is printed or shipped, so there's no shipping charge and nothing to track.

How you get your files

Your files are ready as soon as your payment goes through. You can download them from the order page, and we email you a link to them at the address you gave at checkout. Save a copy somewhere safe.

If the email doesn't arrive

Check your junk or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, email hello@memorialpaper.com with your order number, or the name and email you used at checkout, and we'll send your files again.

Where we sell

You can buy from most countries. Prices are in Canadian dollars in Canada and in US dollars everywhere else. Because nothing is shipped, there are no customs duties or import fees. Depending on where you live, sales tax, GST/HST or VAT may be added at checkout.

Printing

You print your program, cards or sign yourself, at home or at any print shop. Each download includes a short guide that says which paper and settings to use, or what to ask the print shop for.
